delicious food really good breakfast helpful chef poor valet room interior slow process

The breakfast buffet was really good! The array of food was delicious and satisfying. Munna, the chef, explained food items with enthusiasm and made amazing omelettes. Ritha served us with a smile. The service and breakfast both deserve a 5-star rating.

The room looked old. Mismatched furniture and colors create an eyesore. The check-out process also took too long.

gloria at reception provided helpful assistance and a warm welcome. the room was clean and the bed was heavenly. aeri, manoj, ayush, and moon at the restaurant delivered friendly service and the chef prepared delicious food.

the location was good the facilities were also good breakfast was great all restaurant staff were super friendly sarvar was helpful he explained everything to me about ramadan i appreciated his kindness and patience it made my experience special.

the room was humid there was no early check-in option the price seemed overrated the ac was old it was hard to sleep with it on the room felt old some hangers were broken i also noticed some alarm ringing early in the morning.

comfortable bed early check-in lengthy checkin inefficient process

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Beds were really comfortable. there was a good selection and quality of toiletries. they were kind enough to let us check in early, much needed as we arrived on red eye flights and needed sleep.

The early morning checkin process was too lengthy with a few people checking in at the same time. a seemingly inefficient process took far too long, even as a bonvoy member. I didn't use restaurants or any other facilities.
